Role Summary:

We are in search of a committed Project Coordinator to become a part of our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in assisting our project managers with various aspects of project administration and coordination. Your responsibilities will include maintaining project records, organizing project tasks and timelines, aiding in the creation of project documentation, and offering general administrative assistance to the project team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support project managers in formulating and updating project plans, which encompass defining project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Ensure the accuracy and currency of project documentation, including schedules, meeting notes, and action items.
  • Coordinate project activities and timelines, guaranteeing the timely achievement of project milestones.
  • Promote effective communication among project team members, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Assist in drafting project reports, such as progress updates, status reports, and budget monitoring.
  • Provide general administrative support to project team members, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing project-related files.
  • Help identify project risks and formulate strategies for mitigation.
  • Assist the project team in ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance project processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

1-3 years of relevant experience. Familiarity with standard contract terms and conditions. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat. Exhibit a dependable, responsive, and positive work ethic with a high degree of integrity. Must possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Quick learner and logical thinker. Focused on quality and precision. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to accurately track and report status while managing multiple concurrent projects.

  • Associate's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in project coordination or a related role.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
