About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Developer to join our team at BrightView. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for aggressively growing our landscape maintenance business in a defined territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key decision makers, identifying their pain points and developing value-based solutions.
  • Effectively qualify opportunities to gain valuable intelligence and drive business growth.
  • Develop and present compelling customer-centric proposals to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with operations team members to leverage their expertise and drive business results.
  • Meet specific activity benchmarks and close business deals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Driven, disciplined, and focused individual with a passion for prospecting and sales.
  • Experience working in a team-selling environment and a service industry with a beautiful product.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Extensive face-to-face (B2B) selling experience at the mid to senior levels.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and a large territory.
  • Experience with a CRM or SFA tool.
  • Local knowledge and contacts in one or more market segments.
  • Experience in the service industry with commercial contract sales.
