Business Growth Specialist

About the Role
We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Developer to join our team at BrightView. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for aggressively growing our landscape maintenance business in a defined territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with key decision makers, identifying their pain points and developing value-based solutions.
- Effectively qualify opportunities to gain valuable intelligence and drive business growth.
- Develop and present compelling customer-centric proposals to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with operations team members to leverage their expertise and drive business results.
- Meet specific activity benchmarks and close business deals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Driven, disciplined, and focused individual with a passion for prospecting and sales.
- Experience working in a team-selling environment and a service industry with a beautiful product.
Preferred Qualifications
- Extensive face-to-face (B2B) selling experience at the mid to senior levels.
- Experience managing multiple projects and a large territory.
- Experience with a CRM or SFA tool.
- Local knowledge and contacts in one or more market segments.
- Experience in the service industry with commercial contract sales.
