Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Business Development Representative to join our team at Sport Durst Automotive Group. As a key member of our multi-franchise call center, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business goals and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and secure new clients, as well as maintain and develop relationships with current customers.
  • Focus on prospecting outbound leads and qualifying prospects to set up sales appointments.
  • Update and maintain account information and activity in our CRM system.
Requirements:
  • Bring a positive and ambitious attitude to work each day.
  • Professional appearance and hygiene.
  • Excellent verbal and email communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards.
  • Ability to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language.
  • Secondary languages a plus.
  • Works with integrity and ethically, upholding company values and following company policies and procedures.
