Job Overview

Talent-Works is seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects across our 16-site healthcare network in Washington State. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, safety regulations, and security protocols.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely completion and within budget.
  • Resource Allocation: Effectively allocate resources, including personnel and subcontractors, to ensure project success.
  • Site Supervision: Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors to ensure adherence to project plans and specifications.
  • Stakeholder Management: Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate with contractors to secure reasonable order costs and maintain high standards of workmanship.
  • Safety and Security: Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain a strong background in security protocols for our healthcare network.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in construction management or related fields, with a strong track record of project delivery.
  • Skills: Familiarity with construction management software, strong leadership qualities, negotiation skills, and deadline-oriented.
