Position Summary:
As a Licensed Project Architect, you will be pivotal in advancing our mission to deliver innovative architectural solutions. This role encompasses all facets of architecture, including planning, design, construction documents, and construction administration. We seek a talented individual who can infuse their expertise and creative vision into each project, pushing design boundaries and achieving exceptional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process and prepare comprehensive documents, specifications, elevations, and details for all project phases utilizing Revit or AutoCAD.
- Engage in the design and planning of healthcare, commercial, or educational facilities.
- Develop cost estimates and prepare bid documentation.
- Oversee project progress to ensure timely completion within budget constraints.
- Facilitate coordination with consultants.
- Manage construction phase tasks, including addendums, requests for information (RFIs), on-site observations, change orders, and other necessary duties.
- Stay informed about current building codes and regulations.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory standards.
- Conduct post-construction evaluations and assessments of completed projects.
