Customer Service Team Lead

The Customer Service Team Lead is responsible for ensuring that customers receive exceptional service and support from our service team at Wise Auto Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on customer retention and satisfaction, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers.
- Lead and motivate service staff to deliver high-quality service experiences.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize service offerings and pricing.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
Requirements:
- At least three years of experience in a service leadership role.
- A strong leadership background with experience in developing and coaching high-performing teams.
- Prior experience in servicing Harley-Davidson and other products sold by the dealership, or the ability to quickly learn them.
- Proficiency in point-of-sale and parts and service management computer software.
- Computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- A valid driver's license and motorcycle endorsement.
- A passion for the motorcycling lifestyle and riding community.
Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
