About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our La Mar Cocina Peruana restaurant in Bellevue, Washington. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the overall success of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, improve profitability, and maintain high standards of food quality and service.
  • Oversee all operational aspects of the restaurant, including front-of-house and back-of-house operations, inventory management, and staff training.
  • Manage labor costs, control expenses, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, vendors, and community partners to promote the restaurant and drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market research to inform business decisions and drive innovation.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a General Manager in a fine dining restaurant, preferably with experience in opening new locations.
  • Extensive knowledge of Peruvian cuisine, wines, spirits, and beers is a plus.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
  • Thorough understanding of profit and loss statements, budgeting, and financial management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
