Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Onboarding Associate to join our team at Novatech Inc. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting and repairing Managed Office products, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and install Managed Office products, including printers, multifunction copiers, and network connectivity solutions
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for equipment and accessories
  • Manage inventory and maintain accurate records
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and provide outstanding customer service
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and manufacturer specifications
Requirements
  • Recent degree in Information Technologies or currently pursuing a degree
  • Proven attendance history and a strong desire to excel
  • Experience resolving customer issues and providing technical support
  • Valid driver's license and professional appearance
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills
