Channel Quote Specialist

Join Micron Technology, a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions, as a Channel Quote Specialist in the Sales Operations organization. In this role, you will collaborate with channel partners to respond to price quote requests and inquiries, driving sales growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a subset of channel customers to meet/exceed established revenue and sales targets and metrics.
- Align with Micron's Channel leadership selling strategies to drive sales growth.
- Make independent pricing decisions within given guidelines to ensure accurate pricing and availability.
- Lead quotes within an assigned region/territory or rep firm, providing training and direction to ensure successful outcomes.
- Develop and maintain key customer relationships with internal and external partners to drive sales and revenue.
- Be an authority on market pricing and resolve any partner concerns to win business.
- Work with Sales and/or Sales Operations to resolve delivery and pricing issues.
- Provide contract pricing guidelines to the sales team and offer blanket pricing.
- Quote follow-up and resolution to win business.
- Be the go-to pricing person for assigned regions/customers.
- Achieve departmental key metrics/goals.
- Lead business processes within the area of responsibility.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Experience (1+ years) in business, sales/marketing, or finance.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel and Power BI, with the ability to manipulate and summarize large amounts of data.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- Strong ability to prioritize, multitask, and handle competing deliverables.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive, self-motivated, with a focus on dedication and follow-through.
- Ability to lead own time and make independent decisions within work parameters.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Focused on quality, with a 'do it right the first time' mentality.
- Ability to learn new software tools.
