Job Title: Scheduling Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Scheduling Support Specialist to join our team at RELA Language Professionals. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth coordination of interpretation appointments and providing exceptional customer service to our clients and interpreters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee our calendaring scheduling system for interpretation
  • Perform follow-up, reporting, and documenting measures to ensure seamless operations
  • Maintain clear and effective communication across multiple channels, including email, text, chat, and phone, to ensure successful task completion
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and interpreters, ensuring a positive experience
  • Proactively coordinate interpreter assignments and communicate updates to clients and interpreters
  • Handle last-minute requests and ensure seamless on-demand services
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts with diplomacy, professionalism, and efficiency

  • Proven ability to excel under pressure in fast-paced environments

  • Multitasking & Time Management: Meticulously organizing and monitoring workflow, efficiently managing multiple simultaneous tasks, prioritizing under pressure, and working within tight deadlines
  • Critical thinking Skills: Applying logic and reasoning in scheduling efficiency that will result in a higher number of appointments covered
