Customer Success Manager

The 1000heads Account team comprises specialists in Social Media management, committed to fostering robust client partnerships. You will work alongside experts from various sectors such as Creative, Insights, Design, and Strategy to devise cutting-edge social-first solutions tailored for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generating innovative concepts for client campaigns
- Establishing and nurturing client relationships
- Gaining insights into clients' brands, industries, and target audiences
- Tracking clients' market landscapes and competitors
- Drafting and presenting project briefs
- Collaborating with the team to formulate strategic approaches
- Overseeing project timelines and financial plans
- Ensuring the delivery of high-quality outputs
- Maintaining critical client documentation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3-4 years of experience in account management
- Experience with technology, electronics, or telecommunications clients
- Familiarity with social media and influencer marketing
- Exceptional interpersonal and organizational capabilities
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Outstanding communication abilities
