Position Overview:
The Insurance Risk Management Co-op will collaborate closely with our construction risk oversight, safety, and operational teams to ensure that daily risk and compliance protocols are effectively implemented.

This role necessitates the cultivation of strong interpersonal and communication abilities, alongside technical expertise, problem-solving capabilities, and organizational proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Co-ops in Insurance Risk Management will have the opportunity to:

  • Manage the certificate of insurance process by acquiring, validating, and maintaining certificates of insurance to guarantee subcontractor adherence and address any insurance-related inquiries or challenges.
  • Monitor compliance through job reports, on-site contractor assessments, and other documentation pertinent to insurance requirements.
  • Acquire essential tools and methodologies related to the company's standard insurance practices.
  • Organize internal networking events throughout their co-op tenure.

Candidate Profile:
Ideal candidates should be pursuing a degree in insurance, risk management, or a related field. A genuine interest in and foundational understanding of insurance, construction, safety, and process enhancement is essential.
