We are in search of a seasoned Commercial Project Manager to oversee and guide our commercial installation projects. This position involves managing project scopes, ensuring compliance with contracts, timelines, engineering designs, and construction protocols to meet stakeholder expectations and financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate all team members, subcontractors, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and report on progress.
  • Monitor and document project timelines, milestones, and budget adherence.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and engineers across multiple projects.
  • Identify and assess project risks, developing contingency plans as necessary.
  • Uphold and promote safety and quality standards within the company.
  • Deliver exceptional project management aligned with client expectations.
  • Effectively prioritize and delegate tasks across various projects.
  • Enhance and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Balance the needs of diverse stakeholders, including utilities and customers.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in project management.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Engineering, Procurement, and Contracting (EPC).
  • 3+ years of experience in the solar sector.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (5 years).
  • NABCEP Certified PV Installation Professional or equivalent (strongly preferred).
  • Project Management Professional Certification (strongly preferred).

  • Proactive Mindset: Ability to take initiative and execute necessary tasks for project completion.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Capable of overcoming challenges posed by various project conditions while adhering to budgets and timelines.
  • Familiarity with multi-trade construction drawings and best practices across different trades.
  • Strong organizational skills to maintain project documentation and budgets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with ERP systems.

Work Environment:

  • This position is primarily remote, with an estimated 75% of work performed from home and 25% on-site visits.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary Range: $60,000 - $117,000 annually, based on experience and level.
  • Weekly pay schedule.
