Job Overview

At Core States Group, we are dedicated to creating innovative solutions for our clients. As a Senior Project Designer, you will play a key role in designing and drafting architectural projects under the guidance of Project Architects/Project Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site feasibility research and site visit investigations.
  • Coordinate with sub-consultants and manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Assist in maintaining task budgets and coordinate addendums, RFIs, and change orders.
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplined team throughout the design development and contract document phases of a project.
  • Assist managers with the project approval process.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of architecture production, preferably with restaurant projects or retail commercial projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture required.
  • Must have experience with Revit.
  • Additional experience in AutoCAD, MS Office, Photoshop, Adobe, and SketchUp a plus.
