Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Oversight: Oversee daily operations across projects, ensuring smooth execution, risk management, and alignment with objectives.

  • Performance Metrics and Reporting: Establish performance metrics and reporting frameworks for data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

  • Resource Allocation: Lead resource allocation, ensuring skilled personnel support project goals while mitigating potential constraints.
  • Project Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports and risk assessments, for transparency.
  • Meeting Support: Provide expert support for meetings, ensuring productive discussions and actionable outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 15+ years in technology, including 7+ years in IT program management.
  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record managing large government contracts or working within DHS or other federal agencies focused on cybersecurity.
  • Digital Transformation Expertise: Expertise in leading digital transformation initiatives in government or critical infrastructure.
  • Agile and Scrum Methodologies: Skilled in Agile and Scrum methodologies for project management.
  • Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for digital transformation and cybersecurity.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in management, computer science, information systems, or related field (Master's preferred).

Clearance:

  • Active Top Secret Clearance: Active Top Secret (TS) Clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • DHS Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Clearance: Eligible for DHS Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) clearance.

Certifications:

  • Required Certifications: PMP, ITIL v3 Foundation.
  • Preferred Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CCSP.

Technical Skills & Knowledge:

  • Cybersecurity Frameworks: Familiar with cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, FISMA, FedRAMP) in federal operations.
  • DHS/CISA Policies: Strong understanding of DHS/CISA policies, procedures, and strategic goals, especially in cybersecurity and infrastructure protection.

Leadership & Communication:

  • Leadership: Strong leadership in managing diverse and remote teams.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, adept at explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and senior leadership.

Analytical & Problem-Solving:

  • Proven Analytical Skills: Proven analytical skills with a track record of effective decision-making under pressure.
