About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Infrastructure Program Manager to join our team at Amazon Web Services. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of our Edge Infrastructure projects, ensuring timely and successful deployment of our network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor network infrastructure health, customer demand, and anticipate risks to resolve issues and initiate corrective action.
  • Work with stakeholders to define requirements and processes, and manage dependencies and interfaces between projects.
  • Manage multiple competing cross-organizational projects simultaneously, interacting with engineers, technicians, project managers, and senior management on a daily basis.
  • Analyze and interpret data using Redshift, Oracle, Tableau, QuickSight, and other BI management and visualization tools.
  • Drive automation initiatives and simplify engineering and project/program management architectures to unblock innovation.
  • Create predictable process paths for large and complex efforts, and run meetings to keep large, diverse groups informed of progress and obstacles.
About the Team

The GCNA Deployment team is responsible for the timely delivery of Border Networking deployments for AWS. Team members own their deliverables end-to-end within a defined geographic scope of ownership.
