We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Infrastructure Program Manager to join our team at Amazon Data Services, Inc. This role will be responsible for leading complex, multi-disciplinary networking projects and delivering network infrastructure changes and upgrades across Amazon Data Centers.
Key Responsibilities- Lead complex, multi-disciplinary networking projects
- Deliver network infrastructure changes and upgrades across Amazon Data Centers
- Manage cross-functional projects, working with network operations, network engineering, infrastructure engineering, and internal project management teams
- Collaborate with external vendors
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Identify and mitigate risks, and remove blockers
- Communicate effectively with various teams and partners, including senior leadership
- 3+ years of technical infrastructure management experience
- Knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies related to infrastructure (network, data center, hardware, software)
- Experience with varying scenarios of infrastructure builds
- Excellent organizational skills and project tracking abilities
- Strong focus and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hectic, and energetic environment
- Project/task prioritization and schedule development
