Key Responsibilities:- Verify and process daily invoices with precision.
- Review job tickets to confirm the work completed, additional parts utilized, and necessary documentation.
- Execute billing transactions efficiently and promptly.
- Ensure accurate costing and billing for each job ticket.
- Conduct audits on job costs to ensure alignment with billed amounts.
- Achieve production targets and fulfill month-end processing requirements.
- Perform additional tasks as required.
- A Bachelor’s degree along with one year of office or accounts payable/receivable experience is preferred.
- Experience in Accounts Payable or Receivable is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills are essential.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
