Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced marketing and recruitment professional to join our team as a Strategic Marketing and Recruitment Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing and recruitment strategies to attract and engage top talent from diverse backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the admissions team and program area leads to evaluate recruiting needs and goals, and develop plans to implement for the next recruiting cycle.
  • Develop annual outreach targets and partner with the communications team to design and execute comprehensive marketing plans and outreach efforts to increase awareness and drive enrollment.
  • Evaluate results of current initiatives, identify opportunities to improve efforts, and implement change.
  • Lead recruitment events for graduate programs and support undergraduate recruitment efforts, including planning and driving in-person and virtual events.
  • Manage marketing, recruitment, and yield communications, including monitoring new inquiries, new applicants, and new admits, and implementing personalized nurturing initiatives where relevant.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, and 3-5 years' experience in marketing, admissions, and/or recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of the graduate degree and undergraduate marketplace, and best-practice recruitment strategies.
  • Proven project management and event planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and presentations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, remain calm under pressure, and respond positively to change.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience meeting enrollment targets and/or a demonstrated capacity to convert prospective students into applicants and enrolled students.
  • Familiarity with engineering and/or STEM-related curriculum and programs.
