We are seeking an HR Generalist to facilitate various HR functions, including payroll and benefits management, onboarding, and compliance. The ideal candidate will possess a robust HR foundation, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, and the adaptability to meet our organization's changing needs. In this role, you will be essential in promoting a positive workplace atmosphere and ensuring the effective execution of our HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee data entry in human resources information systems (HRIS) and conduct regular audits for accuracy and compliance.
  • Administer bi-weekly payroll processing.
  • Facilitate employee onboarding and conduct exit interviews.
  • Assist in maintaining the employee handbook and contribute to policy formulation.
  • Utilize HR software for managing payroll and employee benefits, including bonuses and leave administration.
  • Provide frontline HR support to employees and managers, fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Ensure annual compliance reporting, such as AAP and ACA.
  • Support the HR Director in leadership development training initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, along with strong ethics and cultural awareness.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent record-keeping skills.
  • Compliance with federal regulations is necessary, including U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Resourceful mindset with a keen attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with national employment laws and regulations.
