Position Overview

Schneider Electric is seeking a Senior Product Owner for Electrical Solutions. In this role, you will oversee the complete lifecycle of our Commercial Lighting Panelboard offerings, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and refine the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in accordance with organizational goals.
  • Identify, define, and prioritize features and initiatives based on their impact on business and customer satisfaction. Manage the product backlog and maintain communication with team members and stakeholders.
  • Enhance market share and profitability of the product line.
  • Gain insights into customer experiences, identify product gaps, and propose innovative solutions to enhance market presence and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to inform and prioritize the product roadmap.
  • Act as the subject matter expert, promoting the product, understanding customer applications, and articulating the roadmap and priorities to stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain relationships with product sponsors, stakeholders, and customers to stay attuned to evolving needs.
  • Manage product roadmaps and lifecycle strategies, including product evolution and discontinuation.

  • Experience with Contractors, Panel Builders, and Systems Integrators is preferred.
  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, Finance, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
