As a Senior Product Owner Consultant at ActiveSoft, Inc., you will be instrumental in guiding the development and management of web and mobile applications, as well as overseeing process automation and SaaS platform initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in consulting and demonstrate a willingness to engage in a hybrid work setting, dedicating 2 to 3 days each week to in-office collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Leadership: Serve as the primary liaison for web, mobile, and data applications, managing the product lifecycle from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
  • Application Oversight: Direct and oversee the enhancement and development of web and mobile applications, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
  • Empathetic Leadership: Cultivate a collaborative and positive environment with clients and internal teams, demonstrating strategic thinking and the ability to translate strategies into actionable tasks.
  • Resource Management: Effectively manage project budgets and optimize resource allocation to maximize project impact and client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a Product Owner capacity within a consulting framework, engaging with external clients and stakeholders.

Preferred Experience:

  • Demonstrated success in a Product Owner role, particularly with web applications, mobile apps, and SaaS projects.
  • Experience collaborating with Product Managers and Development teams to drive project success.
  • Industry exposure in Banking, Healthcare, or Government sectors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence.
