About the Role

The Maintenance Technician II at Glendale Development plays a crucial part in ensuring the physical integrity of our properties. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing routine and preventative maintenance tasks to maintain the quality of our buildings.

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

This position requires a high level of technical expertise, with knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. The successful candidate will have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Prior experience in apartment maintenance is an asset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general repairs to buildings, including interior/exterior painting, repairing or adjusting entry doors, replacing light bulbs or fixtures.
  • Refurbish vacancies (turnovers) including hanging cabinetry, painting, cleaning, and general maintenance repairs with some supervision.
  • Maintain property appearance by maintaining grounds and dumpster areas daily.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
  • Prior experience in apartment maintenance is a plus.
  • General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Ability to meet established deadlines.
