About the Job

As a Property Maintenance Specialist with Glendale Realty Services Group, you will be responsible for maintaining the physical condition of our properties, ensuring they meet our high standards for safety and quality.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify potential issues and initiate repairs.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including painting, repairing, and replacing fixtures and appliances.
  • Refurbish vacant units to a high standard, with attention to detail and a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, electrical and plumbing issues, and other technical problems.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.
  • Prior experience in apartment maintenance is highly desirable.
  • General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems is essential.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Compensation and Benefits
