CGRC's Functional Family Therapy (FFT) Services is an evidence-based short-term intervention program for youth 11-18 years old. The Functional Family Therapy (FFT) Supervisor provides administrative and clinical leadership of the program and is responsible for supervision and instruction relative to the treatment services delivered by the program team. The Clinical Supervisor ensures administrative and clinical integration, coordination, and collaboration of the program services into the overall functioning of the organization.

The FFT Supervisor oversees the implementation of the FFT model, ensuring that clinicians provide intensive, home and community-based therapy to families whose adolescents are displaying social, emotional, and/or behavioral disorders. The Clinical Supervisor works with families to change how youth function in their natural setting while following a specific model that promotes positive social behavior and decreases anti-social behavior.

  • Intervening to provide immediate assistance in crisis situations.
  • Ensuring completion of all documentation requirements within determined time-frames consistent with CGRC procedures.
  • Collaborating and educating stakeholders, both externally and internally.
  • Generating and managing case referrals and managing clinician caseloads.
  • Collaborating actively with FFT experts around implementation of the model and to ensure continued development of own clinical skills.
  • Managing and reporting data on clinical outcomes and program practices.
  • Overseeing productivity requirements of the department and market to ensure consistent referrals to the Department.
  • Collaborating with supervisor to develop cost-effective and accurate program budgets for all assigned services.
  • Maintaining billable hour expectations.

At CGRC, we value our clinicians as partners in our organization's strategic plan. We offer a relaxed working environment with flexible work schedules that allow for a healthy work-life balance. We encourage and support career development and there are always opportunities for you to learn and grow within the organization.
