Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical consultation and guidance to healthcare providers and stakeholders on quality of care, medical decision-making, and case formulations.
- Review and analyze medical records to ensure compliance with best practice standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with care managers, providers, and other stakeholders to coordinate care and resolve quality concerns.
- Participate in quality reviews, peer reviews, and training sessions to promote best practices and improve outcomes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders to promote collaboration and improve care coordination.
- Medical degree (MD or DO) and PA licensure.
- Board certification in adult or child psychiatry.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical psychiatry experience, including inpatient care and substance abuse treatment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
