Job Title: Clinical Nurse Supervisor

At The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Supervisor to join our team. As a Clinical Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direct supervision to our nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of safe, efficient, and cost-effective patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement unit-based quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care planning and ensure seamless transitions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
  • Develop and maintain a positive work environment, promoting employee engagement and retention.
Requirements:
  • BSN degree required.
  • At least one year of progressive leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Previous experience in human relations, human and material resource management.
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to influence and change agent.
