We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales and customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their insurance needs, and helping to drive business growth through sales and marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to customers via phone, email, and in-person
- Assist customers with their insurance needs, including answering questions, resolving issues, and providing product information
- Help to drive business growth through sales and marketing activities, including making outbound calls, visiting customers, and participating in marketing events
- Work closely with the sales and customer support team to achieve business goals and objectives
- Monitor key competitors in the local market area and provide suggestions on initiatives to improve Direct Auto's position in the marketplace
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales and customer service targets
- Strong computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office applications
- Ability to acquire Property/Casualty license as part of our training program within 90 days of hire
