About the Role

AEG is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Cybersecurity and Governance to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction on information security matters, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our data and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Information Security Strategies: Collaborate with the VP of Stadium Technology to define and execute the organization's information security program, including information security, governance, risk management, and compliance.
  • Lead Security-Related Projects: Oversee security-related projects from inception to successful completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Manage Security Operations: Analyze technologies and establish processes, procedures, and protocols to prevent unauthorized access to company networks, systems, and data.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure the company's information security program complies with all applicable NFL and regulatory requirements and privacy laws (PCI, HIPAA, GDPR, etc.).
  • Facilitate Audits and Assessments: Facilitate third-party audit reviews, penetration tests, and risk assessments to ensure the organization's security posture.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Developments: Stay abreast of the security industry threat landscape, specifically within professional sports, in general, and professional football, in particular.
Requirements
  • 5+ Years of Experience: Have 5+ years of experience in an information security role, with advanced degrees or certificates in computer science, cyber security, networking, or related fields preferred.
  • Strong Technical Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding and knowledge of computer, network, and security systems, including Microsoft Active Directory, Cloud Computing, Network Security, and Anti-virMDR/EDR solutions.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Demonstrate solid organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, prioritize workloads, and delegate responsibilities, as well as excellent judgment and the ability to make quick decisions.
  • Integrity and Trustworthiness: Possess a high level of integrity, trustworthiness, and confidence, representing the company at the highest level of professionalism.
Work Environment
  • Unique Stadium Schedule: Employee will be required to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays due to the unique stadium schedule.
