Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Outpatient Psychiatrist to join our team at Olesky. As a key member of our community-based services, you will be responsible for providing psychiatric treatment and medication to program consumers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide psychiatric treatment and medication to program consumers as part of community-based services
  • Supervise and/or collaborate with prescribing staff members to ensure high-quality care
  • Complete annual evaluations of psychiatry and APN staff members
  • Participate in critical case reviews and ensure staff members adhere to psychiatry productivity standards
  • Document, prescribe, and collaborate on therapy notes via electronic health records
  • Cultivate a culture of care delivery through team-based approaches, including collaborative team meetings
  • Collaborate with nursing, therapy staff, team leads, case workers, and physicians to deliver psychiatric or medical services
  • Meet regularly with program staff to discuss consumer progress
  • Provide consultative and educational services to staff members on consumer-specific psychiatric knowledge
  • Meet periodically with the Medical Director to discuss agency-related issues
