Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at On The Run. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, accurately transacting sales, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Accurately process sales transactions and handle customer payments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the food prep area, coolers, and store shelves.
  • Prepare shift-change reports and balance the cash register at the end of each shift.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to customer service, sales, and store operations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a convenience store, restaurant, or retail environment is an asset.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work unsupervised in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
