At IGA Southeast, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our front end team as a Customer Service Representative.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by greeting and thanking customers, offering a choice of bag type, and performing other courtesy guidelines. You will also be responsible for properly bagging customers' orders to ensure purchases are not damaged, working well with all co-workers and supervisors, and performing other duties as assigned by management.

To be successful in this role, you must have a friendly, outgoing personality, be able to work well with others, and have the ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. occasionally. You must also be able to stand for extended periods of time, retrieve and push in shopping carts, and bend and lift to load customer orders into cars.

Responsibilities:
