Quality Assurance Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Adecco US, Inc. in the aerospace and medical device sectors. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the quality management system to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in accordance with ISO 13485 and other relevant industry standards.
  • Lead and mentor the quality assurance team to enhance performance and ensure effective quality control processes.
  • Conduct regular audits, inspections, and assessments to monitor compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to identify quality improvement opportunities and resolve quality-related issues.
  • Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Coordinate with customers and regulatory bodies on quality-related matters, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and complaints.
  • Prepare and present quality reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement through training, workshops, and quality initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in quality management, preferably in the medical device or aerospace industry.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 13485 and other relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Experience with quality tools and methodologies, including Six Sigma, Lean, and root cause analysis.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
