RJ Young is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Greensboro, NC territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Develop and execute a daily prospecting plan to identify new sales opportunities and build relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Territory Management: Manage and maintain a database of existing and potential customers, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Sales and Account Management: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly sales quotas, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Product and Service Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest products and services offered by RJ Young, including copier/multi-functional printers, managed print services, wide format, high volume, software, and technology solutions.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Develop and deliver effective presentations to customers and prospects, highlighting the value and benefits of RJ Young's products and services.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or higher required; Associates Degree in Business Administration or higher preferred; Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or higher preferred.
