Job Description

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CF) to join our team in Commonwealth, VA. This full-time opportunity for the 2024-2025 school year offers competitive pay ranging from $48 to $54 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech-language services, including evaluations, therapy, and progress monitoring
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support students' educational goals
  • Participate in IEP meetings, ensuring compliance with service minutes
  • Maintain detailed documentation of student progress and therapy sessions

Qualifications:

  • Licensure: Active SLP license in the state of Virginia
  • Experience: Previous experience in a school setting and with IEPs is preferred
  • Clinical Fellows: CF candidates are welcome to apply, provided supervision can be arranged
  • Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage a diverse caseload
