Role Summary:

The Office Support Specialist plays a crucial role in collaborating with HOA Managers, fellow support staff, and community members to address various administrative tasks that arise on a daily basis.

Desired Traits:

We seek an enthusiastic individual who is proactive and possesses a positive outlook. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be adept at managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Association Managers with various tasks.
  • Respond to inquiries from homeowners via phone.
  • Help prepare and distribute meeting notifications and other communications to residents.
  • Participate in Annual Meetings alongside the Association Manager.
  • Update online platforms for the Association Manager by adding relevant content and documents.
  • Process and send inspection correspondence.
  • Scan and archive important documents.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned, including mail distribution.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred: 2 years of experience in an HOA Management setting, though this is negotiable.
  • Experience in customer service is essential.
  • A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to work independently or collaboratively.
  • We are open to considering candidates without prior experience who are eager to learn and find this type of work engaging and fulfilling.
