Position Overview

Apartment Maintenance Specialist

Compensation and Benefits

  • Hourly wage ranging from $20 to $24
  • Monthly bonuses for renewals and completion of work orders
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision insurance, and a 401K plan
  • Sign-on bonus of $1,000 and an on-call bonus of $140 per week

Key Responsibilities

  • Address service requests and resolve maintenance concerns within apartments
  • Prepare vacant units for incoming residents
  • Oversee the upkeep of grounds and community amenities
  • Engage in preventative maintenance duties and participate in emergency call rotations

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED is mandatory; Trade School or specialized training is advantageous
  • At least two years of experience in a maintenance technician role
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and dependable transportation
