Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Engineer to join our team at Performance Contracting in Carmel, IN. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for the successful execution of projects from start to finish. Your expertise in construction management and ability to lead teams will drive growth and success for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform labor control on assigned projects, including setup and maintenance.
- Prepare RFI's and submittals.
- Quantitative takeoffs to verify estimates, order materials, and price change orders.
- Create and implement job schedules and coordinate with field supervisors and foremen.
- Create and manage punch lists and job closeout documentation.
- Support the Quality Control measures outlined in the QA/QC program.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong background in construction management, with a minimum of 4-7 years of experience. A bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
