Job Description:

The Construction Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of field-related construction activities at our Indianapolis, IN location. This includes planning, managing, coordinating, and supervising the construction process from initial development to final acceptance of buildings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience with 3-story wood frame construction and multi-family facilities
  • Ability to effectively communicate and supervise a diverse group of individuals
  • Knowledge of OSHA guidelines and ability to implement safe working practices
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel between sites
