Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive growth and new customer acquisition in the State, Local & Education vertical. As a key member of our sales team, you will develop and execute a go-to-market strategy to build awareness, engage in account planning, and identify new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and drive the strategy for growth and new customer acquisition in the State, Local & Education vertical.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to define and deliver compelling value propositions to generate opportunities.
  • Track, analyze, and communicate key metrics and business trends to management.
  • Support regional development, including meeting with customer influencers and planning focused marketing activities.
  • Engage with customers to ensure they are set up for success post-deal.
  • Prospect new customers through targeted outbound activity.
  • Understand customer growth goals, strategies, and initiatives, and establish Copado as a best-in-class solution.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives.
Requirements
  • 4-6 years of recent experience selling technology and IT solutions.
  • Preferably located in the Eastern United States.
  • 2-3 years of experience selling into SLED.
  • 1+ years of experience working in the Salesforce ecosystem for a sales capacity.
  • Demonstrate strategic thinking and ability to engage with various stakeholders.
  • Expert multitasking and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Possess a passion for leading and building a region.
  • Be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $200,000-$250,000 USD, as well as a stake in shared success through stock options, health benefits, 401(k) plan, generous PTO, and a parental leave program.
