Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement short and long-term strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including supervising staff, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maximize revenue and motivate employees to provide exceptional quality service and hospitality to guests.
  • Implement company programs and ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental regulations, and Federal, State, and local laws and regulations.
  • Manage the financial success of the property, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Maintain a professional working relationship with all departments throughout the company.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a General Manager/Managing Director or 8 years in a Senior Management role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing revenue.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, be organized, flexible, self-motivated, and have a great sense of humor.
