Qualifications

Position Requirements

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
2 years of experience in financial analysis
2 years of experience utilizing Management Information Systems (MIS) or financial reporting tools such as Hyperion
2 years of experience in developing financial models
2 years of experience with Microsoft Office, including intermediate proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, graphs, charts)
2 years of experience managing small to medium-sized projects
2 years of experience presenting analytical data to management

Job Overview

Senior Financial Analyst

The Senior Financial Analyst role will be accountable for delivering financial support, ensuring financial oversight, and providing recommendations on financial matters to the leaders of their designated business unit(s).

This position will serve as the secondary/supporting financial partner for the management team of the assigned business unit(s).

Key Responsibilities:

Review and Analysis of Monthly Results

Coordinate and execute the review of monthly reporting and results process with the assigned business unit(s).

Offer analytical support and recommendations on significant financial issues, including researching and explaining variances to the plan in collaboration with the assigned business unit(s).


MIS Issue Resolution

Proactively address MIS issues affecting performance and discuss the impact with business unit(s) and Divisional Financial Officers.

Monthly / Annual Forecast Process


Coordinate and execute the monthly/annual forecast analysis process with the assigned business unit(s), including the establishment of targets and collaboration with Division Finance Officers and management.


Financial Analysis Support

Provide financial support to business units.
Maintain financial oversight and offer recommendations on financial matters to the assigned business unit(s).
Act as the primary financial partner for the assigned business unit(s) and actively participate in team meetings.

Project Management

Deliver project financial support and analytics related to financial and other performance metrics to the assigned business unit(s).

Communications and Presentations

Lead and/or present financial analyses and results to business unit(s).
