Job Description

The Inventory Specialist role at DCM Inc. is a critical position that requires a detail-oriented individual to oversee the day-to-day implementation and maintenance of the ERP system. This includes streamlining business operations, enhancing organizational efficiency, and ensuring seamless integration of ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform weekly inventory audits, reconciling across Acumatica and METRC.
  • Oversee month-end and year-end audits and reconciliations.
  • Support functional team members with training on daily use of Acumatica.
  • Perform all Acumatica transactions across all departments.
  • Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of the ERP system.
  • Perform transactions for OPCO cultivation as needed.
  • Ensure the ERP system's reliability, data integrity, and performance.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to identify and implement system improvements.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to develop and refine BOMs.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities using the ERP system.
  • Work to streamline business processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure ERP system compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
  • Investigate and resolve system errors, bugs, and performance issues.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in Business Administration or Accounting or equivalent number of years in professional roles.
  • Minimum of three years of experience demonstrating growth and/or advancement in complexity, difficulty, or level of responsibility.
  • Minimum of two years of accounting experience.
  • Minimum of two years of project management experience.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with steadfast resolve, personal integrity, and business acumen.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards related to ERP systems and state-regulated tracking software.
  • Experience with ERP implementation.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of inventory management.
  • Prior experience with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power BI.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to foster collaboration, be a team player, though also independent and self-motivated.
  • Coachable and able to take full ownership of personal development, regularly soliciting feedback from teammates.
  • Ability to work at a fast pace in a high-production environment.
  • Comply with all HR policies, including confidentiality and non-disclosure.
  • Maintain open communication with the management team and other coworkers.
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and desire to be accountable, transparent, and proactive.
  • A great attitude and curiosity for the overall health of a business.

Work Schedule/Location:

  • This position will be on-site five days a week.
