Area Speech Language Pathologist

Spectrum Center Schools and Programs is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Area Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will provide high-quality speech therapy services to students across multiple school locations within an assigned region.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate students to determine speech therapy needs and develop individualized plans.
- Implement evidence-based strategies and techniques to improve speech, communication skills, and language comprehension.
- Monitor student progress, update treatment plans, and provide regular progress reports to parents and treatment teams.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and related service providers to promote consistency and carryover of therapy goals.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and regional conferences to discuss student progress and treatment recommendations.
- Master's degree or higher in speech pathology or a closely related field.
- Current state speech language pathology (SLP) license.
- Valid state driver's license for travel between locations.
- Prior experience working with students with diverse needs in an educational setting.
