Job Summary

Wild Mind Ales is seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a THC Sales Representative for our WLD WTR cannabis beverage brand. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with on and off premise accounts in the Rochester, MN market area.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase package distribution for on and off premise accounts.
  • Travel frequently to meet with distributors, retailers, and other stakeholders to promote our products and build relationships.
  • Deliver and merchandise product to ensure optimal display and sales.
  • Collaborate with distributor sales reps to educate and gain placements in liquor stores, bars, restaurants, and grocery stores.
  • Work with our marketing team to execute promotional calendars and events to drive sales and distribution.
  • Identify new opportunities with distributors and maintain clear communication of brewery capabilities and goals.
  • Plan and execute fun and engaging promotional events, including tastings with retailers.
  • Maintain frequent communication with wholesale partners to ensure follow through on commitments.
  • Monitor and report progress of sales goals and target accounts using data analytics tools.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in craft beer sales or a related industry.
  • A working knowledge of the Midwest territory.
  • Passion for craft beer and THC.
  • Ability to regularly lift cases and maneuver full kegs when required.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with strong business sense.
  • Valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and clean driving record.
  • Flexible work schedule with ability to work nights and weekends as needed.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level computer skills with working knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Lilypad.
