Sales Representative

Wild Mind Ales is seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a THC Sales Representative for our WLD WTR cannabis beverage brand in the Rochester, MN market area.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with on and off premise accounts in key areas throughout Minnesota.
- Work closely with our distribution partners to increase package distribution and drive sales growth.
- Travel frequently to meet with customers, deliver and merchandise product, and execute promotional events.
- Collaborate with the brewing team to create sales goals and strategies, and work with production to support sales objectives.
- Monitor and report progress of sales goals and targets using data analytics tools.
- Effectively communicate brewery offerings to new retailer partners and encourage rebuys and track depletion in other states.
Requirements
- 2+ years of craft beer sales or alcohol industry experience required.
- A working knowledge of the Midwest territory.
- Passion for craft beer and THC.
- Ability to regularly lift cases and maneuver full kegs when required.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in autonomous fashion while maintaining strong business sense.
- Valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and clean driving record.
- Flexible work schedule with ability to work nights and weekends as needed.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level computer skills with working knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Lilypad.
