Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at BrandStar Entertainment. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our VP and other staff members, ensuring seamless operations and effective communication.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the VP and other staff members.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare correspondence.
  • Assist with special projects and events.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal departments and external clients.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration.
  • Minimum of 2 years work experience providing administrative support.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range: $55,000 - $65,000 per year.
