Job Description

As a Multilingual Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Drafting correspondences and other formal documents
  • Planning and scheduling appointments and events
  • Greeting and assisting onsite guests
  • Answering inbound telephone calls
  • Performing all other office tasks
  • Documenting all activities in Prevail case management software
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in an office setting
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
