Operating Room Registered Nurse RN

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Operating Room team at Johnston-Willis Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities- Monitor and record patient conditions, utilizing computerized documentation systems to ensure accurate and timely information.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Participate in on-call rotations and respond to emergencies in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient needs and preferences.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- 1 year of experience as a Perioperative RN or completion of a Perioperative Nurse course.
- Scrubbing or surgical assistant experience preferred.
- Licensed or license eligible as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
