Position Overview

The Role: As a Bilingual Parent Liaison at Phalen Leadership Academies, you will serve as a vital link between educational institutions, families, and the broader community. Your primary responsibility will be to enhance communication with parents, fostering a supportive and enriching educational atmosphere for all involved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure effective communication among parents, educators, and school staff.
  • Provide assistance and resources to parents to help them understand academic expectations.
  • Coordinate meetings and discussions among stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with school leadership to create informative materials for families.
  • Inform parents and guardians about school policies, procedures, and resources.
  • Build strong relationships with families to promote a sense of belonging and support.
  • Communicate school and program objectives to the community.
  • Act as a resource for family engagement initiatives and educational programs.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic proficiency in computer applications.
  • Strong oral and written bilingual communication skills necessary for the role.
